Spay/Neuter Voucher Application Form

Our voucher program is designed to reduce the cost of getting your cat or dog altered by providing you with a coupon that can be used at your vet's office at the time of your pet's surgery. This program is open to residents of Centre County, those who work full time in Centre County, and students. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide vouchers to other rescue organizations for use with their animals.
 

Households can request up to 6 vouchers in one year. Vouchers are accepted by veterinarians in Centre County only and the Allegheny Spay/Neuter Clinic in Clearfield. We operate the voucher program on the "honor" system and ask people to only apply if they really cannot afford the surgery otherwise so that we can help as many truly needy families as we can.

*Feral cats are "wild" cats who cannot be easily touched, and therefore the sex cannot be determined until sedated.
